  1. Set a plan
    In my opinion, setting a plan which you can finish it easily will make me happy, this like a satisfaction of success. To accumulate this little happy will become a big happy, and it also help me to improve my speed of study.

    I think that this can make us happier because if you worry about tomorrow you may be are worrying about something that is not even going to happen, so I think taht is better if we just let the life surprise us.

  3. Do meditation.
    At destructible mind can be a problem, We all have goals and responsibilities in life, but even though we have clear intention, our mind has other ideas. it drift into day-dreams wanders to the relevant doors. Well....Sure there is a time for day-dreaming, but this is information age of us has been designed to distract us so we must take extra care to focus on the things that really matter to us. How do we be more focused ?.... Meditation involves concentration so it certainly helps assist short spell of meditation leads to a temporary boost to our focus regular meditation leads to a more permanent resistance to distractions. I think just believe in yourself to focus with meditation and one day you will have a distraction proof personality.

    I think good relationship with them is one of the elements of happiness. We are always supported by them. So, we can be happy by getting along with them and appreciating for them.

    It seems like meditation. People need own time which means just stay alone and do not divert their attention by several modern technologies such as mobile-phone, e-mail or social network, etc. Turn off electronic products and Internet, just enjoy some peaceful time. That will make you relaxed and gaining more.

    2. I really like to stay at the quiet place for setting my emotion. When I feel sad or annoyed something, I always go to my bedroom and clear my feeling. It makes me calm down and happy more than talking with people. This is a good idea.

  6. Don't be a dog!
    'Single Dog' is named by Chinese singles for describing they are singles. If you are living alone, if you are living without a boyfriend or girlfriend, or a wife or a husband, if you are hanging out with a couple, if you are playing your social networks, I probably to say I'm sorry,because you will be fed full of 'dog foods' from those couples whose love are very sweetie and full of love. Then, you could feel that you are eating your 'foods' sadly. So, don't be a dog, go out to encounter someone who you like, maybe you will meet your Mr or Mrs right at the corner of the street!

    Nowadays, many people have many pressure. The stress causes many people to jump off building and commit suicide. It is unhappy thing. If there is less pressure, more and more people will gain a happy.

    In the present, people are always thinking about their life because good things and bad things happen too much in one day. Some people can't be release themselves. So thinking positive is the good way to treat you from your stressful emotion and bad situation.

    Travelling is a great way to “develop a person’s character” and become more open-minded. Additionally, while traveling is a great way to get away from the daily grind, it also helps you appreciate what you have back at home.
