  1. I would like to try to keep a diary for 30 days because I can remind a lot of memories anytime by keeping a diary. I have tried this before. However, I couldn’t continue. Next time for sure, I would like to continue keeping a diary for 30 days or more.

    2. It might be an especially good idea to keep a diary during the time you are studying in New Zealand so you can remember your experiences here. You could consider writing it in English as well. :-)

  2. Hi everyone. I’m thinking so much about what I need to try for 30 days. I have many challenges in my mind. At first, I try to think what I want to solve in my life and I feel something happens to me. I can’t concentrate on my writing when I did homework at home. It always makes me feel sad and takes a long time to do that, So I want to try to meditate for 30 minutes each day. I guess it will help me to solve the problems. I’ve never meditate more than 5 minutes per day, please encourage me. Thank you so much!!

    3. hi pear I think if you arrange your challenges on priority it will be work with you.
      I recommend you to do a meditating first which helps you to get enough relaxation.
      when you are relaxed well you can do your homework smoothly.

    4. I'm impressed by the challenge you want to set yourself. I sometimes feel that I don't pray enough. I believe praying for a certain period of time each day would make my life more coherent and meaningful. All the very best in your challenge.

    5. In gernal, you need not to worry about your language problems so much. It is normal situation to take a long time to adjusting yourself in Dunedin. Take it easy, everything will be fine. Maybe more practice could help you to solve those questions.

  3. Hi,in order to improve my English speaking, I try to read books and repeat them for 30 days,learn the rhythm of native speakers, it will be interesting and challenging.

  4. I thought for a bit about my challenge for 30 days. What I should do for support and make my life better. I think sleeping is so important that help me fresh and good health. So I think it should be changing my old habits into the new ones. First of all, I have to sleep early before 11.00 AM. And wake up early before 07.00 AM. And then, I have to meditate for 1 hr. each day. So I hope that I can do it.

    1. I alweys sleepy during the day. Maybe it's also a model for me. Absorlutely, adjusting time of sleep is siginificant for everybody, eapecially internatiaol student. So I expect you can be the power of example. :)

    2. I think it's a good idea. If you have enough hours to rest everyday, it will make you happy all day. And I think meditating for 1 hour per day will help you sleep well. You can do it!

  5. It's a big deal I would like to solve. I thought I did not have enough to accompish erveything I wang to do every day. It bother me for a long time. So I decide to do a chanllge which get up before sunrise. I believe that it can be batter when I start this chanllge. And then, I will make a timetable to full in plans with it. It's hopeful to get a ideal result. Expect it!

  6. Hello, In this 30 day challenge I would like to venture in new things like climbing mountains. It seems dangerous, adventure and interesting to me but gives feeling over the moon. Also, learning a big amount of vocabularies. Furthermore, to try dishes I never tried before.

    I hope this blog finds you doing well.
    Away from my English studying and practicing I adopted such different challenge to do. Although I like a steak too, I decided being a vegetarian for my next 30 days. IN my opinion it is too difficult to change your eating behaviors but I will use my experiences as a dietitian. Although being vegetarian considered healthy, vegetables are too expensive in New Zealand.
    Any one recommend me for some delicious vegetarian recipes?

  8. Hi, everyone. i would like to try a lot of new things in my life, especialy studying by myself. Because i am not good at learing and sometimes i can't concentrate when i study, so i really want to quit my bad habit. I have had a plan to suppot my thought. For example, i try to remeber some words of English each days and i review knowledge when i have learned. i think that it will be successful fot mu future if i did, so wish me luck.

  10. I’d like to try to sleep regularly and sufficiently. I hope that my exhausted body and mind will be recharged soon, which is the reason why I came here. But I still feel so tired. I think that the main reasons are my irregular sleep time and lack of sleep. So I’d like to try to sleep at least eight hours per night, from 10p.m., for 30days. From tomorrow...

    5. Hi Mi Hye, I think we all face the same problem. You can join the Unipool for exercising daily that will let you get a lot of energy and may promote falling asleep. Hope this help you:)
